Mocktail madness

This week we decided, as the weather was giving off tropical vibes, then we should embrace it and do the same.

For Tuesday we decided that our lunch needed sprucing up. Bring on the Mocktails !!

Kostas, Natalie and Mo were our Clubhouse resident bartenders. Move over Tom Cruise , you have competition !!

They started off the morning, watching tutorials on different cocktails and how to create them, and then chose one each which they would like to make.

Kostas chose a Blue Lagoon. He said it was like the sea waters in Greece. He independently chopped up and blended the required fruits - Apples, raspberries and Lemons and added coconut water and lemonade to them.

Natalie chose a Cosmo. Definitely a bit of Natalie !! She carefully blended apples, oranges, lemons, cranberries and mixed them with soda. A little umbrella and voila - Clubhouse Cosmo !

Mo chose a Tropical punch. He expertly chopped pineapple, clementines and added lemonade and coconut water. A beautiful tropical punch fit for the beach bars of paradise.

Not only did our expert bartenders create the drinks, but they made some nibbles to accompany them. Well, you need nibbles with your mocktails. Sausages, pineapple and cheese all prepared and skewered by the experts.

Lunch service was top notch. Kostas enjoyed serving the Mocktails to his friends. He was professional and used his fantastic manners to complete the orders which were coming in thick and fast, especially as everyone wanted more as they were so tasty.

What a wonderful treat for everyone. It went down well and will definitely have to be put on future menus.
